American Art Experience ARTSmobile: 

Innovation and Incorporation

  

 

While examining and learning about the four areas of art, students will explore the answers to these questions: What art BEGAN in America? What American art traditions were influenced by immigrants? What art is uniquely American? How does this art also depict the history of America, both in its creation and in what it reveals?

  

 

 

The original American art form featured in each art field will be: 

Dance                Tap

Music                Jazz

Art                    Abstract

Expressionism/ Pop Art

Drama              Musical Theatre

  

The ARTSmobile encourages students to think more deeply about the art and connect it to what they are learning in the classroom.
